Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | very very weird question...

the first time this happened to me was on thanksgiving... i thought it was because of the nyquil i had taken.. however this happened last night and there was no nyquil involved... only large amounts of food that i do not normally eat... like thanksgiving...

i have been following the fructose diet and have been doing well... last night i went to a party and it went out the window... i ate normal food.. and it was sooo good... however... it made me feel really weird... i went to sleep.. woke up around 2 to go to the bathroom and get a drink.. when i tried to go back to sleep.. i layed down closed my eyes and i felt.. drunk! ever have that feeling after drinking too much where you close your eyes and everything spins? it was like that however spinning much faster and shaking kind of.. such a weird feeling and it lasted for awhile.. same thing happened on thanksgiving except i felt like my head was really big.. i know this must make me sound crazy.. but can anyone tell me whats going on? can it be from too much sugar? too much food that hasn't been eaten in awhile? am i alone?
