Wel Chol medication       11/16/07 05:03 AM Edit Reply Quote jamnltd Reged: 09/27/06 Posts: 7 Loc: Southern Oklahoma My doctor prescribed a medication called WelChol which is a cholesterol lowering drug. The side effect is constipation. She told me that doctors are finding success when prescribed to their IBS-D patients. She gave me samples and told me that I should start slow, 1 pill per day for a few days, to determine my personal dosage. This is my 4th day of taking 1 pill and I feel great. NO D!!! I am continuing to eat as prescribed by Heather and so far it is working. Has anyone else tried Wel Chol? What is/was your experience? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
