Heather says the idea is to keep your gut calm by keeping sf in it at all times so spreading it out is better than taking a heap in the AM and PM. As long as you don't exceed the maximum suggested amount of SF supplement (I forget what it is), then if it's working for you...great!! -------------------- Originally IBS-D for a million years!
