Taking SFS Before I eat anything       11/09/07 10:24 AM Edit Reply Quote AndrewIBSC Reged: 03/23/07 Posts: 159 Loc: PHiladelphia, PA Hello everybody...I realize that many people take a SFS in the morning and at night but I seem to do best if I take 3 grams before I eat anything. I am up to 18 grams a day but think I may even need 21. If I take it 6-7 times a day is this OK? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
