So this is probably going to sound bad, but I've been eating nothing but bagels, pasta, rice, perogies, rice cakes (w/ a little reduced fat PB), luna bars, chicken, tuna, the very rare serving of applesauce, baked chips etc...etc...so basically pretty much nothing but soluble fiber for about 6 months and I'd just like to know how long everyone else waited until they started adding in the fruits and veggies?? and is it ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLY UNHEALTHY that I've been eating like this for so long??
