I am wondering if you have a handy reference that makes sense of all the sugars out there. I am reading labels and getting more confused by the minute! I want to know the composition of added sugars and how much Fructose they contain.
Maltodextrine, Maltose, Corn Syrup Solids, Corn Syrup, Cane Sugar, (all of which I think I have figured out) but there is lots of other stuff that possibly could be a sugar. It is really overwhelming. And, even when I Google individual ingredients, I don't always get back the info I am looking for (like how much of the sugar is fructose.)
I have looked for a chart of some kind but have been unsuccessful and I thought maybe you would have some kind of reference. Thanks in advance, Syl.
