Well I had no idea what you were talking about so I did a little research to see what you were going through. First off, im sorry that you are faced with this problem and are freaking out BUT you may not have a reason to freak out after all! Your creatinine is only .2 over what is the normal (0.6-1.2) which may just mean that your kidneys are not functioning 100%. You can live a perfectly healthy life without 100% of your kidney function though and even with only one kidney! Creatinine levels can also be very well controlled through diet so, I think although this may seem really scary, I think you can rest assured you will not have to undergo dialysis & you are not screwed for life.
