Digestive enzymes       08/08/07 06:35 PM Edit Reply Quote pixiegoddess Reged: 01/18/07 Posts: 63 Hi all! Just wondering if anyone out there uses or has used digestive enzymes to help with IBS. I was taking them for a while, but didn't notice a big difference. When I went to my GI doc he said they weren't necessary, and I stopped taking them. Anyone else have any experience with them? And how about probiotics? I'm still trying to figure out what's best to do for me. I know everyone is a little different, but I thought I'd ask. Thanks for your input!
