Pear Juice a trigger?       08/04/07 09:08 AM Edit Reply Quote SLHoutz56841 Reged: 12/05/04 Posts: 44 Loc: We are right in the middle of the state of Pennsylvania, USA :) Does anyone know if pear juice is a trigger for IBS-D? I love Mike n Ike candies and nibble at them when I'm at my desk but lately it seems like my IBS-D has really ramped up in a very negative way ... I looked at the ingredients and found that pear juice is in them? Also, I had tried eating those new fruit things that you freeze into a smoothie type thing ... I think their from DelMonte? Anyhow, I had a horrible gut attack after eating them and of course their base is pear juice and pulp.
