Beach trip and what to bring??       08/03/07 07:44 AM Edit Reply Quote alli327 Reged: 06/26/07 Posts: 19 Loc: New Jersey IBS-A So I am planning on taking a day trip to the beach in about a week with some friends, however, I know why we are there, they will want to most likely eat out. Because I have made a promise to myself never to eat anywhere, unless it's at my own house, I'm unsure of what to do! I was thinking maybe I could just bring some snacks like rice cakes, pretzels etc., which is pretty much what I survive on, since pasta and rice might be alittle more difficult to travel with..but any other suggestions??
