celiac disease is caused by gluten intolerance. any thing with wheat in it. you can try eliminating wheat and anything with wheat gluten in it from your diet for a week and see what happens. next, you can get bloodwork done to test for celiac disease. stuff to eat: rice, gluten-free products made with rice flour, arrowroot flour, etc... if you still have D most likely you have IBS. in that case, follow heather's diet, avoid fatty foods, dairy and take a good probiotic. you want a good doc to test for colitis, crohns. don't forget to rule out intestinal parasites, like e.coli, giardia, b.hominus, c.diff. just get a stool test done to make sure.
