Any tips for going to an amusement park?

I haven't been in over 2 years, since I was diagnosed with IBS. My BF and I are packing a lunch so I don't have to worry about that, but what about snacks? What does everyone else with IBS eat at places like this? And is water from water fountains ok? They don't let you bring your own, and it's SO expensive, I am thinking about just buying one bottle and refilling it at the water fountains, but I only drink filtered water, not sure if "regular" water is safe. I'm nervous, but excited. I'm mostly C right now, so I'm not worried about running to the restroom, but I am worried about cramping and pain and the effect of the roller coasters on my tummy. But I'm going anyway...I am doing this! I've been stuck in the house for weeks due to endometriosis (which is finally getting better), I need and deserve this! Anybody have tips to make this easier?
