Here's Heather's Cheat Sheet . It gives you a list of some foods that are SF, IF, and Protein. You can have some berries, or pineapple, etc for a snack, and for your lunch, if you're having a sandwich, you can add things like tomato, lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, etc, or have an apple, or other fruit after your main meal. There is a lot of variety on this diet, but you have to try to not be afraid to eat something.
