I am glad your testing seems to be helping your IBS. I too had similar testing done, and found out I was allergic to many different substances; ones I consumed frequently and ones I almost never ate. We all can be allergic to anything, and our allergies can develop at anytime. Sometimes if the item is removed from our system for a time, later we can tolerate it again. Sometimes not. The thing with the testing is that our bodies are always changing, and we are developing new allergies/sensitivities to other things. For the testing to continually work, you need to get retested about every six months to see what you are sensitive to, and it is very costly. This is how I understand it fron the research I have done.

What may be an option for you (and me too) is to try an elimination diet. Check it out on google and see if it is right for you. I have not tried it, but I am considering it. Good luck!
