I feel the same as you to a point. So I have no answers. I have always wondered if I really do have IBS. But they keep telling me I do...and they can't find anything wrong with me. Although, they did say my gall bladder doesn't contract right. But my PCP said that it didn't matter.
I wish this were an exact science. It would be so much easier, but it isn't. I do hope you find the right answers for your body soon!
