You need IF in your diet pronto. Start thinking mashable. The more mashable it is, the more SF. The less mashable, ie steamed broccoli, the more IF. You need to slowly start incorporating. Things like apples, peas, grapes, pureed fruits, smoothies, well cooked veggies, oatmeal/brown rice all have IF in them. Oh, and keep up with the Acacia. You can probably increase it by 1/4 tsp morning and night, up to 1/2 tsp each time.
