Thank you for giving me some hope! I had my appt today. My obgyn says if this doesn't work I may have to have 1 of my ovaries removed, so I REALLY hope this works! I get the shot next week. A little nervous about it, but excited at the prospect of feeling better. In the meantime, I'll keep doing as much yoga as I can. I was also thinking of doing some light hand weights, 2-3lbs. Thanks again for sharing your experience with it. I'm glad it's working for you!
