I have severe endometriosis, so I understand completely where you are coming from. The best advice I have for you is to do yoga, when the symptoms are not too bad. I am currently on Lupron , yes a 22 year old going thru chemical induced menopause (so anytime you would like to chat, feel free to message me my contact info should be under my profile) Good luck! On a good note - the lupron has made a huge improvement - I don't feel like crap all the time and can lead a somewhat normal life!!! Hope it works for you.
