Don't do Gatorade, it's awful (I don't like it either). When I took the first dose I mixed it with water (big mistake). When I went to the GI for my first visit I heard someone saying to take the fleet mix with something you don't like to drink that way you don't ruin your taste for what you like. I took the fleet with apple juice since i dom't like it (it was still rough going down but better than the water)

I tried jello, but didn't like the flavors my mom bought. Try drinking vitamin water - i love all the flavors and at least you'll be getting some nutrition. Good luck, just remember once the prep is over its a piece of cake.

Oh, and I told my doc about heather's diet and i basically got a blank expression and then he handed me a prescription for Zelnorm (which did nothing).
