I tried one Boost first thing and my stomach told me very quickly NO MORE. I have found that I can tolerate some dairy, but it's probably only in conjunction with safe foods. I've had a very stressful week so my IBS is already active. I haven't even taken anything yet. In 1.5 hours, I get to start the laxative doses. I'm scared about what's going to happen given I already have D. Then in the morning with a half gallon of that aweful sodium stuff. I don't know how you guys got through this. I'm already in pain and can't take anything for it. I miss Imodium. Anyway, just wanted to cripe. I hope I don't have to do this anytime soon.
