Hey there, another person from the Uk here (23/f)
I too searched for a SFS supplement over here and went round HFS and H and Barrett asking if they could suggest anything and the results were pretty much the same - *blank stare*
So I just order Acacia from the website and yes it is definitely worth the investment. I already have an 'Acacia Tin' and I buy the refill top up packs, 2 at a time. On average, it has been working out (plus shipping) at around £20 something pounds for these two packs and they last me, I would say, around 3 months. At the end of the day, at under £10 a month (and also considering I don't drink alcohol or smoke) my own Health is always worth the few extra pennies.
I always have a Tsp of acacia sprinkled on my banana and porridge in the morning (with a tsp of ground flaxseed) and a tsp on my lunch and dinner. I have a pretty good BM after b/fast or later in the day. I can't imagine life without it. Hope it works out for you
