Anybody else?       04/22/07 05:14 AM Edit Reply Quote Rio Reged: 11/28/06 Posts: 123 I haven't eaten onions, garlic or leeks for over 20 years because they have always upset me, long before I knew that what I had was IBS. I did avoid fruit for six years as I was on an anti-candida diet, but I started eating it again last October, when I started the EFI diet. It doesn't seem to upset me any more than anything else, as long as I follow the EFI guidelines (SF as a buffer with IF). IBS is a very individual condition - everyone is different.
