What constitutes an 'attack' for IBS-C'ers?       04/18/07 06:20 PM Edit Reply Quote mmasseychase Reged: 03/18/07 Posts: 11 Loc: Western Australia I am finding it difficult to pinpoint 'trigger' foods etc for what I 'think' is IBS-C. I seem to constantly be C no matter what I eat, although some IF foods give me more gas than usual. I have constant lower abdominal discomfort (wouldn't really call it pain though) and it doesn't seem to get significantly worse or better when I try out different foods. What is an IBS 'attack' or 'flare-up' like for IBS-Cers? -------------------- What doesn't kill you makes only makes you stronger; I just hope this doesn't actually kill me.
