Break The Cycle - Please help asap       03/27/07 04:25 AM Edit Reply Quote feelinggood Reged: 09/11/06 Posts: 745 Hello, I was doing sooooo well and baam I felt like that flu bug feeling in my bowel (no flu appeared) and I now have the spasm bloaty never evacuated feeling - I am still having two BM per day but after them I feel swollen in my abdomen and like I still have to go - like I say I have two bm per day. Should I do the Break the Cycle Diet - what exactly do I include on this? Any veggies or fruit at all? I find banana gassy and applesauce is too high fructose. Please please help - I am not sure if I should do the break the cycle or just keep eating in the same pattern I was before the attack - the only thing I can think of is that I ate broccoli (with beano) for the first time in years and after that I was upset and it started. Could something like that do it? I am soooooo upset with the pain - it is like I need to go and I just a BM - please help.
