I try to eat several small meals during the day, but I'm still hungry after each and eat another, and another (especially at night). Then I feel bloated and horrible. You would think it's just a matter of willpower, but I just don't know what my problem is. I do take cortisone daily which tends to make one hungry. I hate feeling bloated and yucky. I wish a small meal would satisfy me. Maybe I'm not really eating as often as I should. Like today I ate breakfast (Heather's choclate cake) and lunch(1/2c rice with tiny bit of chicken and peas), then tonight I ate three bowls of dinner. Each was (1/2c rice with tiny bit of chicken and peas). Today was my first day.
