I haven't stopped taking the fiber but I did decrease it back to 1 tsp twice a day. I bought the Beano but have'nt taken it yet, a friend rather put me off it telling me it made her feel sick. My husband came home today with a packet of Digestive Advantage-Gas formula which I'll start taking tomorrow morning, supposedly only one a day is needed. I did eat a litle more IF today, of course I got the gas and bloat but know I need to eat it to have a decent BM. I just don't believe this is happening to me it is the complete opposite to what I am used to deaing with. I wish you continued success. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
