Re: White Bread?       03/03/07 08:44 AM Edit Reply Quote wondersha Reged: 02/09/07 Posts: 63 Loc: Vancouver B.C I believe the emphasis on eating white bread is on fresh heartier white bread. They always reccomend sourdough and french bread. Due to it's considerably shorter shelf life it lacks some of the additives and preservatives that shelf bought white bread has. That being said, I do eat white hamburger and hot dog buns every once in a while. I think making them the base of your bread consumption probably would'nt be the best.
