aperson, I'm sorry if my mentioning the incense on that other thread has caused confusion (and I think it has). It's only for smelling. It's a great stress reliever, but those particular preparations (the incense resins) on that website are not meant to be taken internally, they are for aromatherapy.

If you have a local health food store, that's the place to be looking for things to take internally--and even then, I'd study up on them real well before attempting this.
