well thing is my ibs is on and off- not too severe- i can work, go out etc, usually just loose two times a day or something, so before this was having bad d because i was antibiotics for food poisioning and then food posioning itself, but my symptons werent usually that bad. before that i was a few good days a few bad days,and trying hypnotherapy (on mikes tapes now) so i came on to site to find the best way to eat really- i didnt do the first days of just eating plain foods, but just followed the guidelines, thought id see how id go with that and have been feeling good. I think i do just have large stools neway, when i tried psyillium husk it worked for a few weeks but i def noticed was still going few times a day with big stools. I eat a lot cos im a tall girl and exercise, but i make sure its healthy and no junk. plus i took an immodiumm on sun and didnt go all mon, so suppose could of been bit backed up. im confused now thoy cos i woke up with a bad ache (doesnt usually define my symptons before the food poisioning) and had a loose movement! only thing i could think was had soy yoghurt for the first time last night! before following diet i was eating live dairy plain yog and think i was tolerating it ok, but i wanted to follow the plan properly, can some people not tolerate soy? ive been a bit wary of it, but i do have tofutti cheese, but im not sure if thats not as much soy? the ingrediants on this was just whole soy beans? and on another note do i start with the fibre?? which im still waiting 4 neway, but i just dont know how to respond to my body sumtimes help!!!
