It was about a month, I remember going out to the movies, and I get anxious when I'm in crowds and halfway through the movie realizing that I was not sitting there with sweaty palms. I did not look for the exits or anything. Now it is not a miracle cure, I still get anxiety and when I do, and have a panic attack, I take Xanax but the Lexapro cut down on the daily anxiety over small things.
