I lost 30 pounds on Heathers diet and a friend of mine asked how. So I showed her Heathers book and told her what I had done. She's happy for me, but she's not willing to give up the fast food or junk. When you suffer the pain and agony of IBS, your willing to give up just about anything to stop your suffering. No one but another IBS suffer truly knows what your going through. Thats why I'm glad to have found this site. I think there doing a good job of understanding and making me feel comfortable.
