Final post for the day regarding cereals (suggestions for a UK citizen)       01/19/07 06:49 AM Edit Reply Quote Christian Bale Reged: 01/17/07 Posts: 20 Loc: Staffordshire, United Kingdom yes it's me again Can anyone suggest what cereals I might eat. Cereals have always been a staple part of my diet as I am a bloke and it is easy plus cereals are damn tasty and I've always loved milk which I've now scratched from my diet. Are there any cereals that are safe? So far I'm just eating porridge oats with 50% water, 50% soy milk. Any other cereals that are can be thrown into the equation?
