Soluble fibre supplements       01/19/07 06:44 AM Edit Reply Quote Christian Bale Reged: 01/17/07 Posts: 20 Loc: Staffordshire, United Kingdom Hello yet again I said in one post that I was a patient man but people must be wondering if this is the case with the number of posts I've put up in the last day or two. I'd say I'm keen rather than impatient. Anyway with regards to SF supplements in "The First Year" on page 180 Heather gives three SFS that can be taken:- Fybogel (which I have taken on and off in the past) Normacol Benefibre I get the impression that Heather favours Benefibre but I understand that Benefibre has changed so what SFS are recommended as alternatives to the above three?
