Oh yes, my hormones definitely affect my IBS. You are so lucky that it improves things, though. I'm in the worse category, and, since I'm an A, the effects can vary widely from month to month. I have the most trouble starting the week before my period and continuing until my period is almost over. Sometimes I also have a bit of minor trouble around ovulation. The diet and supplements have greatly reduced the hormone-related tummy troubles, but I'm not sure it will ever completely eliminate them for me. But then again, even before I got IBS, my period would often cause some digestive trouble.
