I buy organic oatmel from wild oats an the measurment per serving is 1/2 cup dry. If I'm not in a "I have to eat cheerios" mood I usually eat a serving of oatmel for breakfast and then about 1/2 and hour later, I follow with a home made mini muffin or brownie.
