apple cider vinegar remedy       12/27/06 07:31 PM Edit Reply Quote mrenz Reged: 03/30/06 Posts: 10 Loc: RI I recently went to a homeopathic nurse for my allergies and ibs isues. she suggsted 1tsp of Bragg's organic apple cider vinegar in 4-6 oz of water, daily. has anyone else tried this? heard of this? i did try it for 3-4 days but i experienced an increase in gas. this could also coincide with a sinus infection and use of antibiotics... any ideas? -------------------- Melissa, IBS-A (for now) - "Never miss the chance to dance."
