Flour       12/22/06 02:38 PM Edit Reply Quote Kelly5 Reged: 10/27/06 Posts: 45 Loc: ILLINOIS I read in a cookbook for Endometriosis that I was to stay away from wheat like EFI. The book said most all purpose flour and bleached flour are in the wheat family. It said to use brown rice flour or buckwheat. THey sound more like wheat to me but, it said they were totally safe and wheat free. Has anyone heard this or have any comments? -------------------- KELLY Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
