really need some help       12/20/06 07:24 PM Edit Reply Quote sarah123 Reged: 06/19/06 Posts: 71 Loc: canada Hi it wiil soon be almost 1 year that I had my first ibs episode and I am quite scared because for the past few days I have been having abdominal pain everyday and waking up with urgency to go to the bathroom.I have been following Heather's diet strictly for about 9 months now and have been pretty stable for about 6 months with the occasional mini episode. I don't know what is going on.I don't want to be sick for this christmas I really need some advice on what to do.Please someone help me I have nowhere else to turn.
