Re: Dealing with work....       12/13/06 06:50 AM Edit Reply Quote cejay Reged: 08/27/06 Posts: 84 Hey I can tell you the things I have done, first off I was very upfront with my supervisor about the fact that I had a problem and I may have to excuse myself from a meeting or conversation to go to the bathroom. I have also told a few co-workers. I try to minimize my stress at work by staying to myself and doing my work instead of getting involved in the gossip mill, mainly because stress can send me into a tizzy. I eat very safe - today I have plain white rice with a few pieces of baked chicken thrown in. I have an office to myself so I close the door sometimes and breathe deep or take a antispasmodic. I have had times where the pain is so bad that I have cried. But mainly I have jut been upfront with people, telling them that I may be in the bathroom a while and things like that. Of course, except for my boss who is male everyone else is female so it is easier to say things to the same sex. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
