I would recommend the hypno CD's to anyone, but especially anyone that is having anxiety issues. I posted on these boards a LONG time ago, skeptical about whether to get them and the cost, but they were one of the best IBS investments I ever made. I'd finally rationalized it for myself when I finally ordered that they were 100 days long, so it would be less than $1/day, and I thought I was worth it and what did I really have to lose?
I had to go listen to the sample to see what part you heard. That's from session 1, where it's getting you used to the idea of using the hypno. As the sessions further, it's really just like listening to a story that you're a part of. I almost always fell asleep while listening, but they still work on your subconcious whether you're awake or not. Don't ask me how they work...I have no idea. I just know that they do!
