Whenever I'm in those situations, I try to breath, make myself relax, and take it one moment at a time. Sometimes if I get really bad, I call my husband and just talking to him can help calm me down. He gives me great support, and just hearing his voice is very soothing to me. And, if we're together when it happens, I know he'll take care of me. If these episodes happen frequently, I listen to the hypno again to get myself to relax. I've listened about 3-4 times now total, with random sessions now and again.
But, luckily, I've been pretty stable for awhile. I hope you feel better soon. That anxiety was the worst of my IBS symptoms.
