Thanks so much for your advice, that's exactly what I was trying to tell myself but sometimes it just helps to have someone else tell you aswell I think. My tum is doing much better today but still feeling slightly sensitive and vulnerable. I know exactly what you mean regarding the psychological side of it, if I know what has caused a reaction I feel so much better about things, though I keep getting the fear that it's going to regress. I think it's a control thing, knowledge is power and all that.

I think I'm just going to attribute it to the chocolate and make sure that I steer well clear in the future! I think you are spot on about finding out what works for you, it is all about trial and error and learning to listen to your body. I think it's just very difficult sometimes to accept that my body isnt how it used to be and it's very easy to forget that when you are on a roll and everything seems to be going well.
