Hi all,

I was just wondering how you guys deal with new attacks when you've been stable for awhile? I've been on such a good run for the last month or so and been feeling so happy that I was on the way to feeling well. However this week Ive had a bit of a set back - got my period at the beginning of the week which has flared my tum up and made everything go haywire.

Also at lunchtime today after eating extremely safely for the last few days I decided that I would be ok with a very small packet of white chocolate buttons. Oh no, about an hour later I started getting some pretty horrific toe curling spasms which has just left me feeling well depressed and unmotivated really and like I've somehow failed. So 2 questions really:

- could this small amount of chocolate really produce such a strong reaction and
- what do you tell yourself to keep going through those times when you feel like you have regressed?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
