Hard boiled eggs?

I gave up eggs altogether weeks ago and yes, ibs-wise things have been better - but - added canola & flax oils...seed oil can suppress the thyroid and my skin has not forgiven me since. Just horrible. Added olive oil (we're talking small amounts of these oils here) and again, horrible skin - because olive oil has hormonal influences. Now, I'm considering going back to hard boiled eggs - but eating them sparingly - butter is out / hormones...margarines/trans fats - just not healthy - butter? hormones and HIGH sat fat. Isn't it so that hard boiled eggs (some) after plenty of soluble fiber and no more than 3-5g fat per meal total should be okay? I have since stopping the eggs UPPED my Acacia intake to 4 very rounded teaspoons a day...perhaps this will make a big difference in my reaction to - the hard boiled egg. I would never eat anything but hard boiled eggs and only later in the meal...I already know they are an ibs trigger food and why - would like to hear from people who do well with them...any out there? Honestly, egg yolk are just full of nutrients and I don't think the are all saturated fat anyway - they are 5g of fat total each, but I think only 1.5 gms of saturated fat. They even contain some monounsaturated fat. These "seed oils" I've been using have more saturated fat than this egg yolk...olive oil has 2 gms saturated fat (per tablespoon) actually...and canola oil has 1gm (per tablespoon). If not egg yolks than what fat??? Not seed oils...not olive oil...not COW fats...a person must have something...
