IBS friendly Melatonin ???       10/29/06 07:00 AM Edit Reply Quote Eri Reged: 10/13/06 Posts: 12 Are there any brand of melatonin pills that is IBS friendly ??? I need to eat melatonin for my sleep but the kind I have really destroy my stomach, gives me strong abdominal pain, sometimes d and bloating. I suspect they contain lactose or traces of sesame or peanut oil to which I am very allergic/very sensitive (gives strong abdominal pain), or maybe some other IBS unfriendly substance.
