I'm trying to learn other ways to manage my IBS before it gets to that point but, I am also prediabetic and I have high blood pressure. Not to mention I'm overwieght and trying to lose it. So trying to find a suitable diet is difficult. I just learned that I have all these conditions so there is alot of Trial and Error, right now.
