Hi Sand
Feeling A little bit better today. I have eaten bread and carrot soup and apple sauce. And I took an Immodium last night. So far so good. I think I will go to see a doctor, even if I don't seem to have any other symtoms than the usual IBS ones. Could be viral... Have you heard of the Norwalk virus? It is a very though gastro-intestinal virus and there has been sort of an epidemic in my region and they had to close a whole university (Mount Allison) to prevent it from speading. The university where I work is sort of getting paranoid on it right now... But then again if it was a virus, would it come and go once a week like it has been doing for a month? I guess only a doctor can answer that question. We'll see... Could it be I have developed an intorerance to soy product? They seem to have been a trigger many times in the last year.
Could it be SFS dosage? I have been tryin' lately to go from 7 grams to 12 grams of SFS per day, should i go back to the 7 grams dosage? It is okay to take Heather's tummy tamers when you are unstable?

I will go see a doctor tonight.
Thanks for all your help. Really appreciate it.
