Hi all, I did some experimenting with the Fennel Tea this weekend. I do not like the licorice flavor. Yuck!! I tried mixing it with other teas and found that you can add either an orange flavored tea or just squeeze an orange into the tea and it helps break down the licorice flavor. Yipee! Blackberry, Sage tea works, as well but, the flavor is not as appealing as the orange. A cinnamin stick helps with the flavor a bit too. Lemon flavored tea gives it a spicy tart flavor.
