Wow - I've got to start adding more fats to my diet! I eat Salmon oil, canola and flax. But not enough. ANY fat at breakfast and I'm DOOMED with D all morning...but after that - I'm pretty much JUST FINE with fat...why would that be? Is it because I "get stable" with the Acacia every day? I take Acacia throughout the day...wow - 14 grams of fat? No way...my meals are always no more than 5gms of fat ...I eat 4-6 meals a day though, so I think this is okay...total fat is like 20-30 gms a day ... thanks so much for writing a post here.
