Yeah...they are peculiar looking things...they remind me of alfalfa. I haven't had any recurrances (like vitamins) so maybe it was just a one time deal for you. I know about hitting you in the wallet, I was reluctant to try everything because of cost, but I and everyone else in my social circle appreciates my health and my presence as I am finally able to get out and feel normal. I can't put a price on that...especially how imprisoned I felt within my own body. Optimally, you should take 2...they say 3, but I figure for the price and how I feel good on 2, it's fine.
